Return to Balance is a gentle, restorative group wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself.

Led by Jo, trained in meditation and therapeutic sound and a Reiki Master, this session offers a nurturing space to pause, soften and restore.

Held in the intimate Shala at EHT Wellness, you’ll be guided through meditation, mindfulness and breath awareness before settling in to receive the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chimes and other carefully selected instruments, with Reiki infused throughout.

You may experience:

✨ Reduced stress and overwhelm
✨ Greater calm, clarity and emotional balance
✨ Deep relaxation and restorative rest
